OpenLink Agreement

1. What is OpenLink?

OpenLink is a private proxy program for accessing OpenAI services. Once joining us, you can use OpenLink's server to call APIs of GPT series directly.

We advocate that OpenLink's services be used on individual basis, and each user is obligated to maintain confidentiality.

We guarantee that every OpenLink user has the same permissions, and their accounts are not interconnected.

OpenLink is a nonprofit project. While enjoying the above rights, users are obligated to comply with the terms of use and pay project maintenance fees on time. We hope users will actively participate in the project maintenance, including but not limited to project documents, server systems, script codes, and risk control.

We sincerely hope OpenLink will provide you with a better experience in using AI tools.

2. What can you do with OpenLink?

• You can use OpenLink to access publicly available online services like GPT/Claude.
• You can call APIs or access to your GPT subscription for Codex usage.
• You can connect to the proxy from multiple devices, but no more than two.

3. What you have to know

• You will be assigned a dedicated server account, please do not share your account information with others.
• Password-based login to the root user is unavailable, so you will not be able to log in as root. If you want to assist with server maintenance, please request a private key and we will regenerate the key once your work is complete.
• OpenLink servers have a monthly bandwidth limit of 500 GB, please use the direct connection unless absolutely necessary.
• The server IP is currently clean; if your actions result in the IP being flagged or the server being banned, you will be held responsible and required to pay compensation.
• OpenLink won't log your browsing history, but it does temporarily log your login records and traffic usage.

4. Red Line

• Do not provide OpenLink services to external parties without authorization.
• The OpenLink server must not be used for unauthorized purposes such as downloading, BitTorrent, website hosting, web scraping, port scanning, or cryptocurrency mining. If you need to download files, please submit a request to the administrator.
• Do not log in to sensitive accounts—such as online banking, payment services, or corporate email—while using OpenLink proxy.
• Do not engage in any activities that violate the law or platform guidelines while using OpenLink proxy.

The above are absolute red lines that must not be crossed. If a violation is detected by the server's security system, your OpenLink account will be suspended.

5. Annual Charging Details

Although OpenLink was created to provide a more affordable and convenient way to access AI services overseas, we do not cover the costs of using AI. You will also need to arrange for a foreign currency card and an international phone number on your own.

Below are the annual costs that all users are required to share.

Please pay the annual fee as soon as possible after renewal.
